Our Team

Victoria Benjamin is the Office Manager of Grady Group Florida. She’s responsible for managing client transfers, ensuring all the necessary paperwork is done correctly and in a timely fashion, and managing her colleagues and their responsibilities. She enjoys the challenges her work entails: Every day is different, because every client is different. Victoria is a very empathetic person, and passionate about helping others. Our office prioritizes assisting as many retirees as we can, with the number of clients we’ve helped growing every day.

Victoria has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of the West Indies. When not working with us, she enjoys spending time with her grandma, whose guidance and support she attributes all of her success to.

Wiyada Ingier holds insurance licenses in Illinois and Florida and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Her professional experience spans real estate, customer service, administrative support, business management, and operations, providing her with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

As a Financial Services Associate at Grady Group Florida, Wiyada supports client services and day-to-day business operations. She works closely with the team to help keep processes organized and ensure clients receive timely, professional, and attentive service.

Wiyada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Naresuan University in Thailand and a certification in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design.

Outside of work, Wiyada enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, knitting, crocheting, painting, and interior design. Her creative interests
complement her professional approach, bringing attention to detail, organization, and a thoughtful perspective to everything she does.

Laura is a dedicated Life Insurance Specialist licensed in Nevada and Florida. She combines analytical thinking with genuine empathy to provide thoughtful, personalized coverage designed to help protect her clients’ futures.

With experience in the insurance, hotel, and wedding industries, Laura brings a global perspective, adaptability, and a client-focused approach to every interaction. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is able to serve a diverse range of clients with clear communication and cultural awareness.

Outside of the office, Laura is an avid hiker who believes every obstacle—on the trail or in life—is an opportunity to grow. Her open communication, reliability, and passion for protecting families drive her commitment to providing clear guidance and lasting peace of mind.

Aaron Ingier is a Florida-licensed insurance professional and Office Concierge Specialist at Grady Group Florida. He has been a valued member of the team for over three years, supporting daily office operations, seminar preparation, client communication, and administrative coordination.

Aaron is committed to providing excellent service and helping clients feel comfortable and supported. His background in customer service has strengthened his communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Aaron is able to serve a diverse range of clients and families.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys fitness, staying active, Mixed Martial Arts, and personal development.

Francinett is an Administrative Assistant at Grady Group Florida, where she supports daily office operations, client appointments, incoming calls, and administrative needs. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client.

With a background in dealership financing, Francinett brings strong customer service, organization, and communication skills to her role. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.

Outside of work, Francinett enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her local community.

Henry Alexander Ingier is a licensed Life Insurance professional and Client Relations Specialist at Grady Group Florida. As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, he helps identify their goals and concerns before connecting them with the advisory team for personalized financial and retirement planning guidance.

Before entering the financial services industry, Henry owned and operated Vegas Custom Food Trucks, where he developed strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Henry is known for his patience, positive attitude, and ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys fitness, health, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
